We are looking to hire a well-organized Technical Support Analyst. Currently this job is a temporary status, but after six months could change to permanent.
- Provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
- Also responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets.
- Set up and configuration of new workstations, cell phones and other peripherals.
- Resolve help desk issues.
