About the Job
We are looking to hire a well-organized Technical Support Analyst. Currently this job is a temporary status, but after six months could change to permanent. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. 
  • Also responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets.
  • Set up and configuration of new workstations, cell phones and other peripherals. 
  • Resolve help desk issues.
